Securing additional funding may often be all that is required to help a business survive, freeing up capital to address cash flow difficulties and ease pressure. We work with numerous funders from traditional Bank lenders to Asset based lenders and beyond.
If you feel your business would benefit from any of the funding options below then contact us for further help and support.
Invoice finance comes in two forms, ‘’Factoring’’ and ‘’Discounting’’. In both cases the funder will look to advance a percentage of an invoices rate immediately upon its presentation (typically 80%-90%). This offers many advantages and helps a business to manage its cash flow with more certainty.
The primary difference between the two forms is that ‘’Factoring’’ allows the funder control over the sales ledger and its collection. ‘’Discounting’’ operates in the same way but control of the sales ledger remains with the company.
Asset finance is essentially just that, a funder will lend money against the value of a tangible asset (i.e. plant and machinery) in exchange for security over that asset.
Peer to Peer Lending (“P2P”)
P2P Lending is a method of debt financing by securing a loan without a financial intermediary, if a bank or other financier is unable to provide a loan to you, P2P may be a useful alternative.
